THE PROCESS OF STARTING SWEET BOUTIQUE

Tessa Putman was looking to open a new small business but wanted to do something different and new for the town. While looking for an area to open she felt the storefront she is located in was perfect. It was right in the center of town and close to the river. With the help of her husband, Craig Putman, and three kids they got the business going. She came up with two ideas of a candy shop and soft serve ice cream which you can not find anywhere else in town. Recently they expanded to getting a trailer. This allowed them to go out to different events around town. Tessa has loved this process and taking on the new ideas everyone has for her!

Sweet Boutique offers many different things throughout their shop. From day one, they have had their different clothing items, soft serve ice cream, candy, and more. Recently, they added a few new items including ice cream nachos, acai bowls, and more. Tessa is always trying to get in new products that her customers are recommending to her.
