Lauren Keil
In January of 2021 Steve came to me and asked if I would be wanting a creative and innovative marketing job. I immediately said yes because I wanted the opportunity to learn a new field of work. Since then I have fell in love with digital marketing and real estate.
After graduating from Bellevue High School in May of 2023 I attended the University of Iowa. In December I will be graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Enterprise Leadership and Media Management.
My favorite thing about working at Nemmers Realty is the ability to create unique content to promote the company as well as our listings. I love creating content for our social platforms. I enjoy working with the marketing team and enjoy the many memories created. I am also very grateful for our amazing agents who allow me to help boost their listings.
My work includes social media content creation, website management, emails, drone videography, interior videography, creating community content, and more!
Ava Yeager
In June 2025, I joined Nemmers Realty through the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program at Bellevue High School, which gives seniors the chance to gain real-world job experience. I had known other students who went through the program with Nemmers Realty, so I felt like it would be a great fit to build my marketing skills.
I graduated from Bellevue High School in May 2026, and I also earned my Associate of Arts degree from EICC. I will be attending the University of Iowa to study business and marketing.
My favorite part about working at Nemmers Realty is the fun, supportive environment where I’m constantly learning something new. I also love getting to meet new people and having opportunities to try new things and grow my skills.
My work includes social media content creation, drone and interior videography, creating community focused content, office tasks, website management, and emails!!
Karley McCombie
