Lauren Keil
In January of 2021 Steve came to me and asked if I would be wanting a creative and innovative marketing job. I immediately said yes because I wanted the opportunity to learn a new field of work. Since then I have fell in love with digital marketing and real estate.
After graduating from Bellevue High School in May of 2023 I attended the University of Iowa. In December I will be graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Enterprise Leadership and Media Management.
My favorite thing about working at Nemmers Realty is the ability to create unique content to promote the company as well as our listings. I love creating content for our social platforms. I enjoy working with the marketing team and enjoy the many memories created. I am also very grateful for our amazing agents who allow me to help boost their listings.
My work includes social media content creation, website management, emails, drone videography, interior videography, creating community content, and more!
Ava Yeager
In June 2025 Steve found another Work Based Learning recruit - a program at Bellevue High School for seniors to get real world job experience. I knew other high schoolers who worked with Nemmers Realty through WBL and felt it would be a perfect fit to get marketing experience.
I will be graduating from Bellevue High School in May 2026 and then off to college.
My favorite thing about working at Nemmers Realty is the fun work environment that allows me to learn new things everyday.
My work includes social media content creation, drone videography, interior videography, creating community content, and office work!
Alyssa Wagner
In May 2023 I joined the Nemmers Realty team and worked throughout the school years as well as WBL. I wanted a creative job that allowed me to test the realm of social media creation.
In May of 2025 I graduated from Bellevue High School and currently attend the University of Iowa on the pre-pa track majoring in human physiology.
My favorite thing about working at Nemmers Realty is the ability to be flexible with my schedule and the ability to work while at college studying.
My work includes social media content creation, the weekly newspaper listings in Bellevue and Maquoketa, and Facebook listing ad creation!
