Elizabeth Hayward

Elizabeth has been a licensed Iowa REALTOR® since 2015. She also has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Elizabeth has an entrepreneur spirit and prides herself in going above and beyond expectation for her clients. A big influence on her decision to become a realtor was her passion of building relationships with people and love for her community. She and her husband have a passion to take a home and bringing it back to life and resell them. She was born and raised in the Maquoketa area. With her knowledge of the community and its benefits along with the real estate market in Maquoketa and the surrounding areas she brings a great asset to anyone looking for Real Estate in the area.

She believes one of her biggest attributes to her business success is to be able to build a great relationship with her clients to get a true understanding of their wants and needs which allows her to fully understand her clients and provides her clients the services they deserve.

She is devoted to seeing her community succeed by volunteering her time assisting with a youth football team as well as volunteering at concession stands when needed for other local teams.

hen she isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, or supporting the community through volunteer work, Elizabeth and her husband Jacob stay busy raising their three children, Mason, Grason and Remington while also watching them participate in many activities. Her and her Husband Jacob also work hard as a team to build their business. Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, and loves being outdoors as much as possible.
