About the store

Located on the main street of Bellevue, you will find a cute, family-owned shop right along the Mississippi River. About 10 years ago, Stacy Heiar opened Classy Closet & Boutique in hopes of bringing a one-of-a-kind consignment store to Bellevue. Household items, decor, jewelry, kitchen items, bedding, clothing for all ages, and much more fill the racks and shelves of this unique shop. Everything you find in Classy Closet comes from donations, consignment, and more—making this successful business both resourceful and affordable! You can also purchase a selection of items from their Facebook page, which is updated with new products regularly!

About the owners

Stacy Heiar was born and raised in Bellevue. She began her business-owner journey after she was laid off from her previous job. Stacy wanted to start a local clothing store, as there was nothing like it in town. Stacy’s favorite thing about her thriving Bellevue business is getting to see and meet all of the people who shop in her store.
