Bailey Kloft

Bailey is a licensed Iowa REALTOR ® and certified Stagent® (property stager). She is a member of the National and Iowa Associations of REALTORS ®, and belongs to the East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS®. Her reputation for placing clients’ needs, goals and objectives at the forefront of every transaction has led to a track record of success. Bailey truly enjoys working with her clients, helping them through the processes of buying or selling a home. To her, a key element of real estate is developing relationships and building trust with her clients. Bailey believes that continuous development and training truly keeps an individual’s ideas innovative and fresh. This is shown as she uses the latest internet marketing tools to expose your property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.

Bailey was recently nominated for a Women of Achievement Award and belongs to the Women’s Leadership Network. She also was a past Board Director of Dubuque Main Street, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development and ongoing support of downtown Dubuque as the place to live, work & play.

She has obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2009 and earned her Master in Business Analytics at Loras College in 2016.

When Bailey is not working with buyers and sellers you will find her with her husband Ryan, son Krewz, family and friends, along with taking part in community social events.
