ABOUT THE OWNERS
Mark and Rachel Herman began their business journey in August of 2014. Mark was a business consultant, and Rachel worked at the University of Wisconsin Platteville as the Director of Student Health. They had a mission to find not only a great place to retire, but a building with character for their new business.
Mark and Rachel fell in love with Bellevue and have enjoyed the friendliness of Bellevue’s families and their commitment to supporting local businesses. The bed and breakfast that was once located upstairs for a few years now houses an art gallery and coffee shop- a tribute to two special family members.
Mark and Rachel are now planning on working to expand upon the catering aspect of their restaurant.
