Steve Nemmers

Steve began his real estate career in 2004 and in 2010 he branched out to open Nemmers Realty in Bellevue, Iowa. He is licensed in Iowa and is a member of the National and Iowa Association of REALTORS ®, and the East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the Bellevue Knights of Columbus and sits on the board for the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce.

Steve grew up in the small town of LaMotte, Iowa, and attended school in Bellevue, where he now lives with his wife Mandy. They have 2 children Sierra (22) and Tyler (19) both are attending college with Sierra graduating this year (2023). Steve volunteered many years as coach for the Bellevue High School football team and the Bellevue Youth Sports program. “Playing sports had taught me that hard work, discipline, sportsmanship and working together is what it takes to make a winning team.” The leadership skills garnered through sports has served Steve well in training his young charges to be as a winning team. “Now it’s my turn to instill the values I’d learn through sports into the teams I coach. These athletes may not know it now, but applying what they’re learning as a team can help them succeed on and off the field, now and in the future.”
