Jarred Koos was born and raised in LaMotte, Iowa, just twenty minutes away from the heart of Bellevue. Jarred chose to stay close to the community that he loves, so along with his son, he continues to live in LaMotte today. His hobbies include playing baseball/softball, coaching football, watching sports, helping on the family farm, and attending his son’s sporting events.
Graduating from Bellevue High School in 2003, Jarred then went on to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dubuque in 2007. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Iowa Association of REALTORS® and the East Central Iowa Association of REALTORS®. Jarred is very community-oriented, and was even elected Captain of the LaMotte Fire Department after joining the department only two years prior. In addition, he is also a Bellevue High School assistant football coach, as well as a player for Bellevue’s semi-pro baseball team, the Bellevue Braves. Jarred’s life goal is to be successful within his career and also his family.
Jarred chose to pursue real estate after speaking with Steve Nemmers about his qualities that would bring him prosperity in the field. Jarred believes his interaction with clients will be successful because of his strong communication skills and interest in connecting with clientele.
